Cincinnati Bell Reports 1,400 Customers Sign with Cincinnati Bell Energy

More than 1,400 customers have signed up with Cincinnati Bell Energy, Ted Torbeck, president and general manager of Cincinnati Bell Communications, told the Cincinnati Enquirer. As first reported by Matters, Cincinnati Bell Energy is supplied by Viridian Energy (6/22)

Reliant Energy Not Yet Actively Marketing Residential Service in PJM

Reliant Energy told Matters that it has not yet commenced actively marketing its new residential offers in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, and Washington, D.C. (see 7/1), although the Pennsylvania offers are listed on PA Power Switch.

Md. Work Group Seeks Extension for Uniform Electronic Transaction Report

The Maryland RM 35 working group requested an extension until July 27 for its revised report on Uniform Electronic Transactions for the natural gas market (see 1/11).
