ConEdison Solutions Launches Residential Electric Offers at BGE

ConEdison Solutions has re-entered the Maryland mass market with new offers for residential and small commercial customers at Baltimore Gas & Electric

ConEdison Solutions is also preparing to enter the Pepco, Delmarva, and Potomac Edison (Allegheny) service areas to serve small volume customers.

ConEdison Solutions' current residential offering at BGE is a 12-month fixed rate of 8.81 cents per kWh.

Residential pricing will be refreshed July 1, ConEdison Solutions said.

ConEdison Solutions supplied several thousand mass market customers in Maryland in the immediate wake of the BGE rate cap expiration in 2006, but, similar to other providers, ceased active marketing in the mass market when wholesale prices spiked while BGE's laddered rates remained below-market.

ConEdison Solutions has continuously served medium and large commercial customers in Maryland since 2006.
