Weekly PPL Residential Migration Again Tops 5,000

PPL Electric Utilities saw net growth of 5,500 new residential shoppers during the past week, according to the latest stats from the Pennsylvania PUC.

Matters has also compiled a comparison of the migration levels from the 6/15/11 Report versus the 6/8/11 Report, as well as comparing the rate of migration in each of the past two weeks.

At PPL, new residential migration during the most recent week (June 5 to June 11) was 5,505 on a net basis, versus 4,590 in the immediately prior week.
The net weekly growth in residential migration at PECO was 3,252 accounts, versus 3,764 in the immediately prior week.
West Penn Power saw over 2,500 new residential shoppers during the most recent week, steady with the net growth in the immediately prior week.
Duquesne Light has seen 2,200 new residential shoppers over the past two weeks.
