Bounce Energy Seeks Pennsylvania Electric License

Bounce Energy has applied for a Pennsylvania electric generation supplier license to serve all customer classes, including residential customers, in all service areas. Bounce Energy is currently active in the ERCOT market.

People's Power & Gas Seeks Illinois Electric License

People's Power & Gas LLC has filed for an Illinois alternative retail electric supplier license to serve all customer classes at Commonwealth Edison and Ameren. As only noted in Matters, People's Power & Gas is a start-up led by David Pearsall and has thus far received electric licenses in New York, Maine, and Rhode Island (see 4/4). People's Power & Gas is also seeking licenses a half a dozen other states.

Texas Retail Energy Seeks Connecticut Electric License

Texas Retail Energy, LLC applied for a Connecticut electric supplier license limited to serving affiliated Wal-Mart properties and related facilities. As only noted in Matters, Texas Retail Energy has recently been licensed in Illinois and Pennsylvania, and has pending applications in New Jersey, Maryland, Maine, and Ohio (6/13).

HealthTrust Purchasing Group Registers as N.H. Aggregator

HealthTrust Purchasing Group has registered as a New Hampshire electric and natural gas aggregator.
