Twin Eagle Resource Management Receives Texas REP Certificate

The PUCT granted Twin Eagle Resource Management, LLC an Option 1 REP certificate. As only reported by Matters (5/11), Twin Eagle Resource Management is led by several former directors, executives, and principals from Champion Energy Services, Eagle Energy Partners, and Dynegy. Twin Eagle Resource Management has indicated that it will serve all customer classes.

Xoom Energy Seeks Connecticut Electric License

Xoom Energy Connecticut, LLC has applied for a Connecticut electric supplier license to serve all customer classes. As only reported by Matters, Xoom Energy has said that it is ultimately owned be several individuals who own LKN Communications, Inc. d/b/a ACN, Inc. (see 5/19).

Green Mountain Energy Receives Pennsylvania Electric License

Green Mountain Energy Company has received a Pennsylvania electric supplier license to serve commercial customers over 25 kW, industrial customers, and governmental customers, in all service areas. The application was first reported by Matters (3/7).
