TXU Again Touting Protection from Variable Offers

TXU is again promoting its decision to eschew the offering of variable rate products (as defined by the PUCT), and launched a "NO VARI-A-BULL SWEEPSTAKES" offering new customers, or those commenting via Facebook, the chance to win a Las Vegas vacation.

Citizens'/Wellsboro Post Generation Rates

Citizens' Electric Company of Lewisburg has filed a new quarterly Generation Supply Service Rate of 7.5162 cents per kWh effective July 1, falling from the current 8.6538 cents. Wellsboro Electric Company has filed a new quarterly Generation Supply Service Rate of 7.3735 cents per kWh, versus the current 7.9396 cents
