Adagio Energy Receives Illinois License

The Illinois Commerce Commission granted Adagio Energy LLC an alternative retail electric supplier license to serve all customers classes at Commonwealth Edison. Adagio Energy is an affiliate of Energy Plus Holdings, LLC (see 4/6), the latter of which is currently active in the ComEd mass market.

Sustainable Star Receives Maryland Broker License

The Maryland PSC granted Sustainable Star, LLC an electric broker license to serve commercial and industrial customers.

Satori Energy Receives Ohio Broker License

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio granted Satori Energy, LLC an electric broker/aggregator license to serve commercial and mercantile customers at Cleveland Electric Illuminating, Duke Energy Ohio, and AEP Ohio (4/15).

Pegasus Energy Receives Ohio Broker License

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio granted Pegasus Energy, LLC an electric broker/aggregator license to serve all customer classes in all service areas (4/18).
