Alliance Power Company, LLC would pay $18,000 under a settlement with PUCT Staff to resolve allegations that Alliance was not in full compliance with 11 provisions of the Substantive Rules (39386).

The allegations resulted from a Staff compliance audit.

Specifically, Staff alleged that Alliance was not in full compliance with the following:

- P.U.C. SUBST. R. 25.475(c)(2)(G) relating to general contracting requirements. Staff alleged that the one-year price history for variable price products was not disclosed on the company's website.

- P.U.C. SUBST. R. 25.475(f)(4)(A)(i) relating to terms of service document. Staff alleged that the description of the customers' right of rescission included extraneous and potentially misleading language.

- P.U.C. SUBST. R. 25.475(g)(2)(F)(iii) relating to electricity facts label. Staff alleged that the required statement regarding historical price information was incomplete.

- P.U.C. SUBST. R. 25.479(c)(1)(G) relating to bill content. Staff alleged that the payment due date was not disclosed.

Prior to settlement, Alliance corrected all of the alleged deficiencies.
