Constellation Seeks to Serve Additional Gas Territories in Pa.
Constellation NewEnergy-Gas Division, LLC applied for an amendment to its Pennsylvania natural gas supplier license to serve all sizes of non-residential customers at UGI Central Penn Gas, UGI Penn Natural Gas, and Valley Energy. Constellation is currently licensed to serve customers at Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania, Inc., National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation, UGI Utilities, Inc., Equitable Gas Company, T. W. Phillips Gas and Oil Company, Peoples Natural Gas Company, Philadelphia Gas Works, and PECO Energy Company.
TES Energy Services Receives Ohio Gas Broker License
The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio granted TES Energy Services, LP a gas broker license to serve all customer classes in all service areas (3/9).

Start-up Pegasus Energy, LLC applied for an Ohio electric broker license to serve all customer classes in all service areas. Its principals are Joseph Ayoub, a CPA who has acted as a consultant for a company marketing energy to commercial customers in Pennsylvania and previously helped started a competitive local exchange carrier; and Todd Sudman, who has acted as a consultant for a company marketing energy to commercial customers in Pennsylvania and previously was in direct sales for Paychex.
