Interstate Gas Supply Receives Illinois Electric License
The Illinois Commerce Commission granted Interstate Gas Supply an alternative retail electric supplier license to serve all customer classes, including residential customers, at Commonwealth Edison. The application was first reported in Matters (2/24). It is the first new electric license IGS Energy has received since acquiring Accent Energy to expand to retail electric service in addition to gas service. IGS also has pending electric applications in Maryland and Pennsylvania.
Texas Retail Energy Receives Illinois ARES License
The Illinois Commerce Commission granted Texas Retail Energy, LLC an alternative retail electric supplier license limited to supplying Wal-Mart stores and related affiliates, in all service areas. The application was first reported by Matters (2/4)

The Illinois Commerce Commission granted Options Energy Consulting, LLC an electric agent, broker and consultant license.
Goldstar Energy Group Receives Illinois ABC License
The Illinois Commerce Commission granted Goldstar Energy Group Inc. an electric agent, broker and consultant license.
