Energy Plus Holdings, LLC Said to be Developing Network Marketer

Energy Plus Holdings, LLC is pursuing the development of a multi-level marketer, sources have told EnergyChoiceMatters.com

Energy Plus Holdings, LLC declined to discuss the matter citing the competitively sensitive nature of any potential future plans.

Sources told Matters that Energy Plus Holdings, LLC has reached out to nearly 10 leaders at one of the top network marketers for energy supply to join its new effort.

Although Energy Plus Holdings, LLC would not comment, the launch of a new network marketer would apparently be the purpose for the creation of a new affiliate of Energy Plus Holdings, LLC, called Adagio Energy, which as first reported by Matters, is seeking supply licenses in Illinois, New York, and New Jersey (3/23).

Sources said that Energy Plus Holdings, LLC plans to use Independence Energy as the trade name for the multi-level marketer. This intent is apparently confirmed by several trademark filings made by Adagio Energy for the names "Independence Energy" and "Independence Energy Alliance."

Adagio Energy also sought a service mark consisting of nine circles forming a geometric pattern.
