The Pennsylvania PUC granted Constellation NewEnergy - Gas Division an amended gas supplier license to include service to all sizes of non-residential customers in all of its existing service areas, and to expand its marketing to include the territories of PECO and Philadelphia Gas Works, for all sizes of non-residential customers. The amendment application was first reported by Matters (2/7). Constellation had previously been authorized to serve large non-residential customers at Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania, Inc., National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation, UGI Utilities, Inc., Equitable Gas Company, T. W. Phillips Gas and Oil Company, and the Peoples Natural Gas Company.
Glacial Natural Gas Pa. Gas License Expanded The Pennsylvania PUC granted Glacial Natural Gas an amended gas supplier license to include service to all sizes of non-residential customers at Columbia Gas, National Fuel Gas Distribution, PECO, Peoples Natural Gas, Equitable Gas, UGI Central Penn, Philadelphia Gas Works, and Valley Energy. The amendment application was first reported by Matters (2/28).
