Energy Plus Holdings, LLC Receives Ohio License

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio granted Energy Plus Holdings, LLC an electric supplier license to serve residential and commercial customers at the FirstEnergy utilities, Duke Energy Ohio, and Ohio Power. In speaking with Matters in early February regarding its ComEd residential entry, Energy Plus Holdings, LLC said that it was not anticipating any immediate marketing upon receipt of the Ohio license, but wanted to be prepared for any change in market conditions. Energy Plus Holdings, LLC's license application was first reported in Matters (2/8)

Optimal Facility Management Solutions Receives Ohio Broker License

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio granted Optimal Facility Management Solutions, LLC an electric broker license to serve commercial, mercantile, and industrial customers in all service areas. Optimal Facility Management Solutions' application was first reported in Matters (2/4).

Prospect Resources, Inc. Receives Maryland Gas Broker License

The Maryland PSC granted Prospect Resources, Inc. a natural gas broker license to serve non-residential customers in all service areas.
