Energetix Seeks to Serve Gas Customers at PECO
Energetix applied for an amendment to its Pennsylvania gas supplier license to permit it to serve all customer classes, including residential customers, at PECO.  Previously, Energetix had received authority to serve all customer classes in the three UGI service areas (7/16/10).


Reliable Power, LLC Receives Pa. Electric License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Reliable Power, LLC an electric generation supplier license to serve all customer classes, including residential customers, in all service areas (10/22).  To date, Reliable Power, LLC has marketed to electric customers in Connecticut.


NetGain Energy Advisors Seeks to Serve Pa. Small Commercial Gas Customers
NetGain Energy Advisors (NRGing, LLC) applied for an amended Pennsylvania natural gas broker license to serve commercial customers with annual usage below 6,000 Mcf in all service areas.  NetGain Energy Advisors was previously licensed to serve commercial customers above 6,000 Mcf, industrial customers, and governmental customers (1/14).


Dash Energy Seeks to Serve Residential Customers in Pa.
Dash Energy, LLC applied for an amendment to its Pennsylvania electric broker license to serve residential customers in all service areas.  Dash Energy had previously been granted a license to serve all sizes of non-residential customers (11/22).


Intelligen Resources Receives Pa. Broker License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Intelligen Resources, LP an electric broker license to serve all customer classes in all service areas (11/19).


Ardor Energy Receives Pa. Broker License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Better Cost Control, LLC, d/b/a Ardor Energy an electric broker license to serve all customer classes in all service areas (9/23).


Tobelmann Energy Brokers Receives Pa. Broker License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Tobelmann Energy Brokers Inc. an electric broker license to serve all customer classes at PECO, PPL, Met-Ed, Penelec, Penn Power, Duquesne Light, and UGI (11/23).
