Reliant Energy Seeks Illinois Electric License
Reliant Energy Northeast LLC submitted an application for an Illinois alternative retail electric supplier license yesterday.  A copy of Reliant's application was not immediately available.

Worley & Obetz Receives Pa. Gas License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Worley & Obetz Inc. a natural gas supplier license to serve all customer classes at UGI.  Worley & Obetz, a fuel oil provider and electric generation supplier, said that it would focus on the residential and small to medium commercial market (9/20).  Worley & Obetz will use the trade name Amerigreen Natural Gas.


Total Energy Resources Receives Pa. Gas License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Total Energy Resources, LLC a natural gas supplier license to serve all sizes of commercial and industrial customers at Columbia Gas and National Fuel Gas Distribution (7/5).

Switch Energy Receives Pa. Broker License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Switch Energy, a trade name for sole proprietor Kenneth E. Ryan, an electric broker/marketer license to serve all customer classes in all service areas (7/9).

Options Energy Consulting Receives Pa. Broker License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Options Consulting Services d/b/a Options Energy Consulting an electric broker/marketer license to serve all customer classes (8/5).

Brice Associates Receives Pa. Broker License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Brice Associates LLC an electric broker/marketer license to serve commercial customers over 25 kW and industrial customers in all service areas (8/6).

KOREnergy Receives Pa. Broker License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted KOREnergy, Ltd. an electric broker/marketer license to serve commercial customers over 25 kW and industrial customers at PPL, Penelec, Duquesne Light, and West Penn Power (11/10).

SourceOne Receives Pa. Broker License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted SourceOne, Inc., d/b/a SourceOne Energy, Inc., an electric broker/marketer license to serve commercial customers over 25 kW and industrial customers in all service areas.  SourceOne Energy is an affiliate of Veolia Environnement, S.A. (12/1).

Global Energy Market Services Receives Pa. Broker License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Global Energy Market Services, LLC an electric broker/marketer license to serve all customer classes in all service areas (12/15).  Global Energy Market Services is a subsidiary of energy management firm Fellon McCord & Associates.

Electric Advisors Receives Expanded Pa. Broker License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted an amended broker/marketer license to Electric Advisors Inc., allowing Electric Advisors to serve all customer classes, including residential customers, in all service areas, expanding the original license which was limited to PPL and Duquesne Light
