Md. PSC Issues Show Cause Order to North American Power
The Maryland PSC issued a show cause order to North American Power and Gas, LLC directing the supplier to appear at the PSC's January 26 administrative meeting to show cause why North American Power should not have its license suspended or revoke, should not precluded from soliciting additional customers, or should not be subject to a civil penalty, as sought by Staff.  As only noted in Matters, Staff has alleged, among other things, that a North American Power agent misrepresented himself as a Commission employee (see 1/10).

NRG Energy Expands eVgo to DFW
NRG Energy has extended its eVgo home and public electric vehicle charging product to the Dallas-Forth Worth market, with the same pricing plans as launched in Houston late last year (see 11/18).  The DFW roll-out will include about 70 public charging stations as well, located at retailers such as Walgreens and Best Buy.
