PECO, PPL, and Duquesne Light. ResCom Energy stated that it does intend to use door-

applied for a Maryland electric broker license to serve all customer classes at
Baltimore Gas & Electric only. Positive Energy intends to acquire customers for
ResCom Energy, LLC, which applied for a supplier license late last year (11/23).

for a Maryland electric broker license to serve commercial customers in all service
areas.
Ameresco Receives D.C. Broker Licenses
The District of Columbia PSC granted Ameresco,
Inc. both electric and natural gas broker licenses to serve commercial and industrial
customers.
Bruce Power Seeks Ontario Electric Licence
Bruce Power Inc., which operates nuclear
generation and is engaged in wholesale power marketing, applied for an Ontario electricity
retailer licence.
