Maine PUC Discloses Standard Offer Supply Winners
NextEra Energy Power Marketing,
LLC won 33% of the Standard Offer load requirements for the residential and small
commercial customer class at Central Maine Power for the three year period beginning
March 1, 2011. New Brunswick Power Generation Corporation won 33% of the Standard
Offer load requirements for the residential and small commercial customer class at
Bangor Hydro-
ConEd Postpones Revised GTOP Effective Date to Feb. 1
Consolidated Edison has postponed,
at the request of PSC Staff, the effective date of its previously filed revisions
to its Gas Sales and Transportation Operating Procedures Manual from January 1, 2011
to February 1, 2011 (12/6). The revisions to the GTOP reflect the requirements of
Case 09-
Morris Energy Group Withdraws Complaint Against PSEG
Morris Energy Group, LLC has
withdrawn a complaint filed at FERC, and related protests in other dockets, against
PSEG Power and affiliated companies as a result of a settlement among Morris Energy,
PSE&G, the New Jersey Division of Rate Counsel, and all other parties to a New Jersey
Board of Public Utilities proceeding that resolves the concerns raised in the complaint
originally filed with FERC. The complaint had alleged that PSE&G was providing a
"preferential" retail natural gas rate to its affiliated generators (7/26).
