Mega Energy Would Pay $42,400 to Resolve PUCT Staff Allegations of Consumer Protection

Mega Energy, LP has entered into a settlement with PUCT Staff under which it would pay an administrative penalty of $42,400 to resolve allegations that Mega Energy violated 25 provisions of the substantive rules (Docket 38982).
The settlement results from a compliance audit conducted by Staff.
Among other things, Staff alleged that Mega Energy was not fully in compliance with the following provisions:
Prior to entering the settlement, Mega Energy has corrected all of the alleged violations.
