WGES Launches PECO Residential Offers
Washington Gas Energy Services has launched residential electric service at PECO.  WGES is offering:

• A 5% wind product at 8.9¢/kWh though June 2011
• A 50% wind product at 10.3¢/kWh for 12 months
• A 100% wind product at 10.9¢/kWh for 12 months

WGES is offering a $50 loyalty reward on one-year offers if the customer stays for the full term.  None of the WGES products include an early cancellation fee.

Pa. PUC Conducting Informal Investigation of MXenergy
The Pennsylvania PUC is conducting an informal investigation of MXenergy's marketing of its residential electric generation supplier services.  The investigation is not an adversarial proceeding.

OCC Seeks Rehearing of Columbia Retail Energy Order
The Office of the Ohio Consumers' Counsel moved for rehearing of PUCO's order denying OCC's intervention in Interstate Gas Supply's licensing docket, regarding IGS' use of the Columbia Retail Energy trade name.  In November, PUCO found that it is appropriate for IGS to use the disclosures regarding the trade name that IGS developed with Staff, and directed IGS to continue to work with staff to ensure proper disclosures are used (11/11).
