Planet Energy (Maryland) Corp., an affiliate of Canadian supplier Planet Energy, filed an application for a Maryland electric supplier license (11/24).  A copy of the application was not immediately available.

Public Power Seeks Maryland Gas License
Public Power Energy, LLC filed an application for a Maryland natural gas supplier license.  A copy of the application was not immediately available.

Better Cost Control Receives Ohio Broker License
Better Cost Control, LLC, d/b/a Ardor Power, was granted an Ohio electric broker/aggregator license to serve all customer classes in all service areas

Velocity Energy Group Seeks Illinois ABC License
Velocity Energy Group, LLC applied for an Illinois electric agent, broker, and consultant license.  The start-up is led by President John Michael Healy, who was most recently a strategic energy advisor at Nania Energy.

Resource Energy Systems Seeks Illinois ABC License
Resource Energy Systems, LLC applied for an Illinois electric agent, broker, and consultant license.  Resource Energy Systems is also licensed in Ohio and New Jersey.
