Aero Energy Receives Pa. Gas License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Aero Energy, organized as Mid-Atlantic Cooperative Solutions Inc., a natural gas supplier license to serve all customer classes, including residential customers, at Columbia Gas, PECO, Philadelphia Gas Works, and all three UGI distribution companies.  As only noted in Matters, Aero Energy, a fuel oil and HVAC service provider which is expanding into natural gas supply, is jointly owned by Adams Electric Cooperative, Choptank Electric Cooperative, and Aero employees through a stock ownership plan (7/30).  Aero Energy's gas marketing operation is led by Director of Natural Gas Richard Gechter, Jr., former President of Cypress Natural Gas and a veteran of several suppliers including Hess Corporation and Compass Energy Services.

Mint Energy Receives Pa. Electric License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Mint Energy LLC an electric supplier license to serve all sizes of non-residential customers in all service areas (9/20).  Mint is an affiliate of Patriot Energy Group, Inc.

WGES Receives Expanded Pa. Supplier Licenses
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Washington Gas Energy Services expanded electric and natural gas supplier licenses.  For electricity, the PUC approved the addition of Penn Power to WGES's list of service areas, which already included all of the other major electric distribution companies in the state.  For gas, the PUC approved the addition of the service territories of UGI Utilities - Gas Division, UGI Central Penn Gas, and UGI Penn Natural Gas to WGES's license.  Previously, WGES was authorized to serve customers at Columbia Gas and PECO Gas.

NetGain Energy Advisors Receives Pa. Broker License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted NetGain Energy Advisors (organized as NRGing, LLC) an electric broker/marketer license to serve commercial customers over 25 kW, industrial customers, and governmental customers in all service areas.
