U.S. Gas & Electric Seeks Pa. Electric License
Energy Services Providers, Inc., trading as U.S. Gas & Electric and Pennsylvania Gas & Electric, applied for a Pennsylvania electric supplier license to serve all customer classes, including residential customers, in all service areas.  Pennsylvania Gas & Electric said that it will not conduct door to door sales, and will use an internal sales force as well as non-electric generation supplier third parties in its sales efforts.  As of October 15, 2010, Energy Services Providers, Inc. said that it has approximately 39,000 customers in four utility territories in New York State.

NetGain Energy Advisors Seeks Ohio Broker Licenses
NRGing, LLC d/b/a NetGain Energy Advisors, has applied for both electric and natural gas broker licenses in Ohio to serve all sizes of non-residential customers in all service areas.

Patriot Energy Group Seeks Ohio Broker License
Patriot Energy Group, Inc. applied for an Ohio natural gas broker/aggregator license to serve all sizes of commercial and industrial customers in all service areas.

Affiliated Power Purchasers International Seeks Maryland Gas Broker License
Affiliated Power Purchasers International, LLC applied for a Maryland natural gas broker license.  A copy of APPI's application was not immediately available.

Power Management Co. Seeks Maine Broker License
Power Management Co., LLC applied for a Maine electric broker license to serve all sizes of non-residential customers in all service areas.
