Duke Energy Retail Sales Receives Pennsylvania License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Duke Energy Retail Sales, LLC an electric generation supplier license to serve commercial customers over 25 kW, industrial customers, and governmental customers in all service areas (Only in Matters, 9/17/10).  Duke Energy Retail Sales has said that its current plans outside of Ohio include only serving multi-state accounts of current Ohio customers.

Exelon Energy Receives Expanded Pa. License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Exelon Energy an expanded electric generation supplier license to include service to residential and commercial customers under 25 kW in all service areas.  Previously, Exelon was authorized to serve commercial customers over 25 kW, industrial customers, and governmental customers in all service areas.

Viridian Receives Expanded Pa. License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Viridian Energy PA Inc. an expanded electric generation supplier license to serve all customer classes in the additional electric distribution company service territories of Duquesne Light and PECO Energy (10/11).  Previously, Viridian was licensed to market electricity at PPL.

EDF Trading Receives Pa. Gas License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted EDF Trading North America LLC a natural gas supplier license serve industrial customers at UGI Utilities (8/13).

On-Demand Energy Seeks Illinois ABC License
On-Demand Energy, LP applied for an Illinois electric agent, broker, and consultant license.

Live Energy Receives Pa. Broker License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Live Energy Inc. an electric broker/marketer license to serve all customer classes in all service areas (7/19).

Affinity Energy Management Receives Pa. Broker License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Affinity Energy Management LLC an electric broker/marketer license to serve all sizes of commercial, industrial and governmental customers in all service areas.

Xencom Green Energy Receives Pa. Broker License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Xencom Green Energy, LLC an electric broker/marketer license to serve commercial customers over 25 kW in all service areas (8/18).

School Power Receives Pa. Broker License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted School Power, Inc. an electric broker/marketer license to serve commercial customers over 25 kW in all service areas (9/6).

The Legacy Energy Group Receives Pa. Broker License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted The Legacy Energy Group an electric broker/marketer license to serve all sizes of commercial and industrial customers in all service areas (9/14).

Energy Consultants, LLC Receives Pa. Broker License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Energy Consultants, LLC an electric broker/marketer license to serve all customer classes in all service areas (9/14).

ADL High Voltage Receives Pa. Broker License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted ADL High Voltage, Inc. an electric broker/marketer license to serve commercial customers over 25 kW and industrial customers in all service areas (9/23).

Dash Energy Receives Pa. Broker License
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Dash Energy, LLC an electric broker/marketer license to serve all sizes of commercial, industrial and governmental customers in all service areas (10/6).
