MXenergy Seeking to Serve Illinois Residential Electric Customers
MXenergy is seeking
authority to supply electricity to all eligible customers, including residential
customers, at Commonwealth Edison and Ameren as part of its Illinois alternative
retail electric supplier application (11/16). MXenergy did not seek authority to
provide single billing services.
GearyEnergy Seeks Maryland Electric License
GearyEnergy, LLC applied for a Maryland
electric supplier license. A copy of GearyEnergy's application was not immediately
available.
Rapid Power Management Seeks Ohio Broker License
Rapid Power Management, LLC applied
for an Ohio electric broker license to serve commercial, mercantile, and industrial
customers in all service areas.
Intelligen Resources Seeks Maine, Maryland Broker Licenses
Intelligen Resources LP
applied for a Maine electric broker license to serve all customer classes in all
service areas. Intelligen Resources has also applied for a Maryland electric broker
license; a copy of the Maryland application was not immediately available.
Bmark Energy Seeks Ohio Broker Licenses
Bmark Energy, Inc. applied for Ohio electric
and natural gas broker licenses to serve all customer classes in all service areas.
Bmark Energy said that it provides consulting/brokering services to 200 commercial/industrial
natural gas meters in 8 states and 15 LDCs, representing approximately 3,750,000
Dth annually.

Inc., and Patriot Power, LLC (8/17).
Patch Energy Services Receives D.C. Broker License
The District of Columbia PSC granted
Patch Energy Services, LLC an electric broker license to serve commercial, industrial
and governmental customers (9/22).
ResCom Energy Withdraws Ohio License Application
ResCom Energy LLC has asked to withdraw
its application for an Ohio electric supplier license without prejudice (8/30).
