TES Energy Services, LP applied for a Pennsylvania electric broker/marketer license to serve commercial customers over 25 kW, industrial customers, and governmental customers in all service areas.

Capital Energy Seeks Pa. Broker License
Capital Energy, Inc. applied for a Pennsylvania electric consultant license to serve all sizes of non-residential customers at PECO. The start-up, which has a pending Illinois ABC application (Only in Matters, 10/13), said that while it plans to pursue a range of commercial, industrial and governmental customers, it will focus initially on the hospitality and convenience store industries.
