Vanguard Energy Services Seeks Illinois
Gas Supplier License
Vanguard Energy Services, LLC applied for an Illinois alternative
gas supplier license to serve small commercial customers at Nicor and Peoples Gas.
Glacial Natural Gas Seeks to Expand Pennsylvania Supplier License
Glacial Natural
Gas, Inc. has filed for an amendment to its Pennsylvania natural gas supplier license
to add the territories of Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia Gas Works, National
Fuel Gas Distribution, PECO, and Valley Energy to the license. Currently, Glacial
Natural Gas is authorized to serve customers at UGI Penn Natural Gas and UGI Utilities,
Inc.
Major Energy Electric Services Seeks Maryland Electric Supplier License
Major Energy
Electric Services, LLC filed an application for a Maryland electric supplier license.
A copy of Major's application was not available.
Conn. Draft Would Grant Electric License to Mint Energy
A draft Connecticut DPUC decision
would grant Mint Energy, LLC an electric supplier license to serve commercial and
industrial customers.
Better Cost Control Seeks Ohio Electric Broker License
Better Cost Control, LLC, d/b/a
Ardor Power, applied for an Ohio electric broker/aggregator license to serve all
customer classes in all service areas. Better Cost Control said that it is submitting
an application for an Ohio gas broker license as well; the application does not yet
appear on PUCO's docket system. Better Cost Control, which is currently seeking
broker licenses in Pennsylvania and Maryland, said that it has represented over 50
commercial customers in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, with a total load of 400
million kWh/year.
Power Brokers, LLC Receives Ohio Broker License
The Public Utilities Commission of
Ohio granted Power Brokers, LLC an electric broker/aggregator license to serve commercial,
mercantile, and industrial customers in all service areas.
LBE, LTD. Seeks Illinois ABC License
LBE, LTD. applied for an Illinois electric agent/broker/consultant
license.
