PPL EnergyPlus Wins CL&P Last Resort Service Load
Connecticut Light & Power reported that PPL EnergyPlus, LLC won 100% of its Last Resort Service load for the period January 1 through March 31, 2011.

PUCT Staff Opposes TexRep6 Motion for Stay of Revocation Proceeding
PUCT Staff have opposed a request from TexRep6, LLC to stay Staff's petition to revoke TexRep6's REP certificate for failure to meet the requirements of several provisions of Subst. R. 25.107(f) & (g). As only noted in Matters (10/14/10), TexRep6 had sought a stay to complete additional financing. "Staff opposes TexRep6's request to stay. TexRep6's current attempt to come into compliance with Commission rules and requirements does not cure the violations at issue in this docket. Specifically, TexRep6 was required to be in compliance with P.U.C. SUBST. R. 25.107(f)(1), (f)(2), (g)(1)(d), and (g)(1)(E) by May 21, 2010, or to cease operations at that time. Therefore, Staff requests that TexRep6's Motion to Stay be denied so that these violations may be addressed," Staff said. TexRep6 was previously purchased by IC&T Americas, LLC, which is now known as Smartcom Energy Technologies, LLC.

DPUC Approves CL&P Standard Service Procurement Results
The Connecticut DPUC approved the results from Connecticut Light & Power's recent procurement of supplies for portions of its Standard Service load obligation for the periods of January through June of 2011, July through December of 2011, calendar year 2012, and calendar year 2013. Retail Standard Service rates for January through December 2011 are to be posted by November 17.
