Viridian Energy Seeks Pennsylvania Gas Supplier License

Viridian Energy PA LLC applied for a Pennsylvania natural gas supplier license
to serve all customer classes, including residential customers. Viridian said that
it will initially market at Peoples Natural Gas but will enter additional territories
depending on market conditions. To date, Viridian has only marketed electricity,
with active campaigns in Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Maryland, and New Jersey, with
additional licenses in other states (such as Massachusetts). Viridian said that it serves 2,700
residential and commercial customers in the PPL Electric territory.
