Total Energy Resources, LLC applied
for a Pennsylvania electric broker/marketer license to serve commercial customers over 25
kW and industrial customers in all service areas. Total Energy Resources, which
is involved in various Marcellus shale activities, has a pending Pennsylvania gas
broker application (Matters, 7/5/10) and indicated that it would seek an Ohio electric
broker license.

in all service areas.

Shipley Energy Seeks to Transfer License to New Corporate Entity
Shipley Energy Company
has sought approval from the Pennsylvania PUC to authorize the transfer of its license
as a natural gas supplier to a newly formed entity, Shipley Choice LLC, for purposes
of a more efficient corporate organization within the Shipley family of companies.
Shipley Choice will continue to use the fictitious name of Shipley Energy. Shipley
Energy currently serves customers in the service territories of Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania,
UGI Utilities, Inc. -
