Green Mountain Energy to Pay $16,500 to Resolve Alleged Substantive Rules Violations

Green Mountain Energy Company would pay an administrative
penalty of $16,500 under a settlement to resolve allegations by PUCT Staff that Green
Mountain was not in compliance with eight provisions of the Substantive Rules (Docket
38740). Staff's allegations were the result of an audit.
Among other things, Staff's audit alleged that Green Mountain was not in compliance will the following:
Green Mountain has already taken actions to correct all of the deficiencies cited by Staff.
